CK Group is seeking a Strategic Communications Lead to join a prominent diagnostics organization on a contract basis.

Role Overview:
  • Collaborate with team members within the communications department and across various sectors of the organization to create and implement engaging communications content and campaigns that effectively promote our mission, vision, and objectives to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with the team to formulate and execute our communications strategy, utilizing content that amplifies our core messages and optimizes the use of our internal and external channels.
  • Design and implement communication plans aligned with strategic goals, employing a range of innovative and compelling content formats.
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization to gain insights into projects and initiatives that necessitate impactful communication support.
  • Incorporate metrics into all initiatives to contribute to a comprehensive, metrics-driven understanding of communication effectiveness, using these insights to guide future communication efforts.

Candidate Profile:
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and project management capabilities.
  • Experience in crafting content for diverse channels, both digital and in-person.
  • Proficient in relationship management, with skills in building rapport, influencing, and negotiating.
  • Strong understanding of communication best practices.
  • Ability to interpret complex and technical information and transform it into engaging content for varied audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in executing communication activities and campaigns.
  • Proven ability to work flexibly and manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to assess the impact of activities and leverage insights to refine future communication strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Interest or skills in photography, videography, and editing.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, including content management systems.
  • Strong media management skills and an understanding of what constitutes a compelling news story.
