About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Management Lead to join our team at American Express. As a key member of our Global Commercial Services (GCS) team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our Business Travel Account (BTA) product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Assist in developing the business case for new products or features, including management of specific projects in relation to Enterprise programs.
  • Product Management: Support the intake of new product development requests, creation and maintenance of the product backlog, prioritizing features and establishing timelines for product releases.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Partner closely with analytics teams to develop and maintain reporting and analytics on the BTA program.
  • Process Documentation: Support in the documentation of as-is/to-be processes for product management, product enhancements, key findings, and standard methodologies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, and other adjacent stakeholders, to support the management of issue resolution, gather and document product requirements, and ensure timely delivery of product features, following agile development methodologies.
  • Onboarding and Technical Support: Manage the onboarding of new travel partners to the BTA program and assist in identifying technical gaps and collaborating with broader teams to facilitate resolution of risks, opportunities, and changes tied to product management initiatives and processes.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Understand competitive and internal positioning for their product or product line through internal and external market research.
  • User Experience Improvement: Use analytical abilities and strategic perspective to identify trends and recommend solutions that will help improve the user experience.
