As part of our Global Merchant & Network Services group (GMNS), the Network & Acquirer Solutions (NAS) team is at the heart of our operations, uniquely positioned to serve every business unit and customer across the Enterprise. We are responsible for powering billions of transactions through our global payments network, serving Issuing and Acquiring businesses in over 170 markets worldwide.

We're seeking a driven Digital Product Management Lead to join our SafeKey team. SafeKey is an authentication solution that leverages the industry standard EMV 3-D Secure to detect and reduce e-commerce fraud by providing an extra layer of security for online shoppers.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of digital payments and make a real impact on our customers' experiences.

Your Impact:
  • Lead outreach to new and existing SafeKey vendors, fostering strong relationships and driving adoption of our cutting-edge technology.
  • Manage contract negotiations with SafeKey vendors, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Legal, Operations, Business, Information Security & Compliance teams to manage contract exceptions and ensure seamless integration.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine existing contractual language to optimize the onboarding process for new vendors.
  • Develop robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor contractual compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency within the SafeKey ecosystem.
  • Lead the design of business processes, procedures, and policies related to SafeKey, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

A deep understanding of the financial technology landscape and experience working with vendors is essential for success in this role.
