Digital Product Management Associate

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Management Associate to join our team at American Express. As a key member of our Product Development team, you will play a critical role in driving the development and launch of our Business Travel Account (BTA) program.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business cases for new products or features, including management of specific projects related to Enterprise programs.
- Support the intake of new product development requests, creation and maintenance of the product backlog, prioritizing features and establishing timelines for product releases.
- Partner closely with analytics teams to develop and maintain reporting and analytics on the BTA program.
- Support the documentation of as-is/to-be processes for product management, product enhancements, key findings, and standard methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, and other adjacent stakeholders, to support the management of issue resolution, gather and document product requirements, and ensure timely delivery of product features, following agile development methodologies.
- Manage the onboarding of new travel partners to the BTA program.
- Assist in the identification of technical gaps and collaborate with broader teams to facilitate resolution of risks, opportunities, and changes tied to product management initiatives and processes.
- Understand competitive and internal positioning for their product or product line through internal and external market research.
- Use analytical abilities and strategic perspective to identify trends and recommend solutions that will help improve the user experience.
