Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Travail Employment Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional service standards and meet performance targets.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proven experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in a call centre environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and clients.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.What We Offer
