About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Team Leader. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading and developing your team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, welcoming, and helpful service to our customers, supporting them with tasks on the post office counter and managing the store in a way that meets their needs.
  • Team Leadership: Develop and coach your team's capabilities, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone's voice is valued and respected.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational, managing diligence checks and stock accuracy to make shopping a great experience for our customers.
  • Support and Development: Support your store manager by deputising when they're not working and delivering a variety of HR processes, as well as building relationships and getting involved in your local community.
