Customer Service Manager Aviation

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Service Executive to join our team in the aviation component repair sector. As a key member of our small, friendly team, you will play a crucial role in managing customer repairs from receipt to outgoing shipment, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate information.
- Order Management: Process customer repair orders, track progress, and keep customers updated on their order status.
- Liaison: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including purchasing, workshop, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored support.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have office-based aviation experience. You will be a proactive and customer-focused individual who thrives on building strong relationships and providing outstanding service every time. Due to the rural location, it's essential you have your own transport.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm (2x 15-minute breaks, plus 30-minute lunch)
