Senior Aviation Customer Service Executive

£30,000 - £35,000 DOE, Burgess Hill (Outskirts), Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm, 25 days holiday, parking, pension.

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Aviation Customer Service Executive to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in managing customer repairs from receipt to outgoing shipment, providing exceptional support, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate information.
Order Management: Process customer repair orders, track progress, and keep customers updated on their order status.
Liaison: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including purchasing, workshop, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have office-based aviation experience and be a proactive, customer-focused individual who thrives on building strong relationships and providing outstanding service every time. Due to the rural location, it's essential you have your own transport.
