About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Synthetic Flight Instructor to join our team at CAE. As a global leader in Civil Aviation training, we are committed to delivering exceptional training solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality synthetic flight training to clients across a variety of platforms, including Falcon, Gulfstream, Citation, Challenger, and King Air.
  • Work closely with our client partners to understand their training needs and develop customized training programs.
  • Collaborate with our team of instructors to ensure seamless delivery of training services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest aircraft technologies and training methods to maintain our high standards of training.
  • Contribute to the development of new training programs and materials to enhance our training offerings.
Requirements
  • Hold a UK, EASA, or ICAO equivalent license.
  • Have a minimum of 1500 hours of multi-pilot time.
  • Have recent instructional experience, preferably as a TRI/TRE/SFI/SFE.
  • Have experience operating in a business aviation environment, preferably on the mentioned platforms.
  • Be able to tailor training sessions to meet the needs of a diverse client base.
  • Have basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and other internet-based programs.
  • Be fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be flexible and able to commit to a 5-day-on/2-days-off work pattern.
  • Be willing to relocate to Burgess Hill, UK, or make arrangements to stay locally.
