Customer Service Executive

Reed is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Executive to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to each individual customer, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve them in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Train and coach new and existing staff on best practices and customer service skills to ensure that our team is equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, providing feedback and guidance to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Report on customer service metrics and trends to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a customer service executive or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • A positive and customer-oriented attitude.
