Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Customer Service Advisor to join our dedicated and friendly customer services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers in relation to the collection or delivery of their parcels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer queries regarding delivery status and provide Proof of Delivery (POD)
  • Investigate and resolve missing parcel issues and delivery disputes
  • Promote company products and services to new and existing customers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent administration skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office programmes
  • High levels of self-motivation and initiative to effectively problem solve
  • Demonstrate the core DPD DNA values of Passion, Respect, Honesty, Flexibility, Hard Work and Accountability
