About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Burgess Hill Gatehouse Express store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Availability Window

We require our colleagues to be available to work during the following times:

• Sundays: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM • Mondays: 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM • Wednesdays: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM • Thursdays: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM • Fridays: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
