Procurement Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our Finance & Operations team, focusing on Managed Laboratory Services. In this role:

  • Collaborate with procurement experts to develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Oversee services and diagnostic solutions from third-party suppliers, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Drive improvements, develop procurement strategies, and enhance total cost ownership
  • Elevate third-party supplier performance by working closely with stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the source to contract process for specific categories, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage third-party relationships within the MLS framework, fostering strong partnerships and driving value creation
  • Identify new products and services to enrich the end-user experience, aligning with business goals and objectives
  • Ensure robust contracts with relevant SLAs and KPIs, mitigating commercial and contractual risks
  • Deliver accurate spend and market analysis, providing insights to inform business decisions
  • Continuously evaluate processes for optimization opportunities, driving process improvements and efficiency gains

About You

We are looking for a talented Procurement Manager who can demonstrate a flexible approach to challenges, effective communication skills, and a drive for change and contract negotiation. Global and regional procurement experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • University degree in a relevant field, such as Procurement and Supply Chain Management
  • MCIPS certification is desirable
  • English proficiency is essential, with additional languages a bonus
