CK Group is seeking a Communications Manager to join a prominent diagnostics organization on a contractual basis.

Compensation:

Competitive daily rate based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to create and implement communication strategies that effectively convey our mission, vision, and objectives to both internal and external audiences.
  • Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive communications strategy that utilizes various channels to enhance our core messages.
  • Design and execute communication plans aligned with strategic goals, employing innovative and engaging content.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to identify projects and initiatives that require strategic communication support.
  • Incorporate metrics into all communications efforts to provide a comprehensive view of impact and leverage insights for future initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management capabilities.
  • Proven experience in creating content for diverse communication channels.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, with skills in influencing and negotiation.
  • In-depth understanding of communication best practices.
  • Capability to interpret complex information and present it in an engaging manner for varied audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in executing communication initiatives and campaigns.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience in measuring the effectiveness of communication activities and using data to inform future strategies.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Interest or expertise in visual content creation, including photography and videography.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and content management systems.
  • Strong media relations skills and an understanding of newsworthy content.
