As a Senior Human Resources Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in translating the HR strategies, policies, guidelines, and programs across various HR specialty areas, including employee rewards, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, and other specialized HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ·Execution of the People Strategy – collaborating with the Chief People Officer to develop and implement the people strategy on a global scale within the organization.
  • Strategic Partnership – offering operational and strategic insights while fostering robust relationships within the UK and throughout the organization.
  • Human Resources Operations – Managing the complete performance lifecycle, which encompasses recruitment, onboarding, exit interviews, job evaluations, restructuring, and redundancy processes.
  • Performance & Talent Development – Overseeing the performance management framework.
  • Project Management – Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing HR initiatives and change management.
  • Compensation, Recognition & Benefits – Conducting salary benchmarking, evaluating our benefits offerings, and refining our recognition strategies to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Integration Support – Facilitating the successful integration of newly acquired businesses.

Specific Duties and Accountabilities:

  • Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders and managers on enhancing employee productivity, retention, engagement, and relationships.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Managers in various regions to implement the Group HR strategy effectively.
  • Work alongside line managers and senior leaders to interpret HR processes, business objectives, challenges, and concerns.
  • Ensure alignment of integrated human resource strategies and policies with organizational needs and goals.
  • Act as a primary contact for all employees, managers, and leaders regarding human resources inquiries and issues.
  • Function as a specialist in HR acquisition and integration, managing the human resource aspects of strategic integrations and employee acquisitions.
  • Oversee employee relations metrics, diagnose issues, and address root causes of challenges.
  • Identify suitable interventions that support the delivery of the organizational framework.
  • Contribute recommendations to resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Assist business executives and leaders in optimizing the company's structure and framework.
  • Utilize HR systems for management information and reporting purposes.
  • Provide counseling, coaching, mentorship, and guidance to employees and executives to enhance performance.
  • Develop and research HR strategies and policies to align with business needs.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required and appropriate to the role.

Qualifications:

Professional Qualifications:

  • Minimum CIPD level 5 or equivalent with at least 5 years of HR experience in a partnering role.
  • Management or supervisory experience of a team.
  • Proven experience in partnering with business managers to deliver HR solutions that align with business needs.
  • Confident presentation skills and ability to deliver HR updates effectively.
  • Data-driven approach to delivering business solutions.
  • Focus on delivery and outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and delegation skills to meet tight deadlines.
  • Embrace change and continuously seek sustainable improvements to enhance team, business, and employee experiences.
  • Ability to think both operationally and strategically.
  • Strong knowledge of UK Employment law (essential) and international employment legislation (desirable).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
