Job Summary:

BIP UK is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Human Resources Director to lead our HR function and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and objectives
  • Lead the HR function and manage a team of HR professionals
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to senior leaders and the business
  • Design and implement employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Develop and manage HR budgets and resources
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational change initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and HR best practices
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to HR team members

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced consulting or professional services environment
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business growth
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of HR professionals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
