About the Role:

LutechResources is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior Human Resources Advisor. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the business in a full range of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, retention, training and development, well-being, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and provide support.
  • HR Operations: Ensure that managers and staff are aware of policies and procedures and can operate them effectively.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with internal clients, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, to deliver HR services.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, including producing offer letters, contracts, and managing payroll.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Manage staff transferring from overseas, ensuring a seamless new starter setup, including managing visa sponsorship processes, and managing sickness absence data and right to work checks.
  • HR Initiatives and Projects: Manage or assist in delivering local and global HR initiatives and projects.
  • Employee Relations: Support in ER case work, including absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, and consultation processes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Good all-round experience gained at HR/Senior HR Advisor or Junior HR Business Partner level.
  • Skills: Solution-driven ability to work with managers/teams, strong organizational and co-ordination skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, good time-management skills, and ability to be self-motivated.
