Job Title: Senior Human Resources Advisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our team at The FISER Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our Senior HR Business Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on low-level ER cases and escalating appropriately
- Creating regular reports for the HR team and advising line managers on how to handle identified issues
- Administering HR processes with the assistance of an HR Administrator
- Ensuring the business is in compliance with legislation and Lloyd's byelaws
- Managing the business's HR system
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of HR legislation and a proven track record of providing expert advice and support. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
