  • Take charge of the HR elements of company ESG and ISO audits, ensuring compliance and best practice.
  • Assist the Human Resources Director with other projects as required, providing support and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within a Human Resources Department, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting with the recruitment process from start to end.
  • Proactive, accountable, and reliable nature.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft suite of products (inc. Outlook).
  • Experience with BambooHR preferred but not essential.

This role offers a hybrid working pattern of three days onsite in Central London and two days remote, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
