Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring alignment with TfL's objectives and priorities.
  • Deliver expert advice on HR matters, including employee relations, compliance, and organizational development.
  • Oversee the management of a team of HR professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business needs.
  • Manage external HR consultancy services and ensure effective utilization of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices in HR management.
