Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Rockfield Specialist Recruitment. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive Human Resource support, developing and executing company policies and procedures, and providing HR and employment law advice to our clients.

About the Role: This is a full-time position that offers hybrid working and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing business. You will be reporting to the International Operations Director and will be responsible for supporting the directors, management, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute company policies and procedures
  • Provide HR and employment law advice to clients
  • Support the directors, management, and staff
  • Manage and coordinate recruitment and talent acquisition efforts
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in a dynamic and growing business
  • Strong leadership experience and a gravitas that will promote respect throughout the senior management team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations
