Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team as the Manager, HR Business Partners. This hands-on, customer-focused position partners with leadership to enhance employee experiences and achieve business goals throughout the entire employee lifecycle. You will bring innovation, creativity, and strategic insight to support service lines in Europe, Asia Pacific, and future growth regions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create a vibrant and supportive work environment for team members.
  2. Work with leadership to craft and execute strategies for talent management, compensation, and HR policies.
  3. Facilitate key meetings with leaders to align talent needs with business goals and address employee concerns.
  4. Ensure a smooth onboarding process and manage complex employee relations, including investigations and resolutions.
  5. Take a leading role in managing complex employee relations, including high-stakes grievances, disciplinary actions, and restructuring efforts.
  6. Coordinate and communicate transfers, promotions, and other employee status changes.
  7. Develop and implement HR strategies and tools, leading key initiatives and supporting culture enhancement projects.
  8. Manage European leave policies and assist with strategic workforce planning and headcount management.
  9. Leverage Workday and other platforms to optimize HR processes and maintain accurate employee data.
  10. Use systems to generate actionable HR metrics and reports, supporting data-driven decisions.
  11. Support integration and management of employees from acquisitions, ensuring a smooth transition.
  12. Ensure all People-related content is accurate and stay updated on employment law to ensure compliance.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required, with at least seven to ten years of progressively responsible human resources management experience. Experience in large-scale restructuring and consultations is required. International and merger and acquisition experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. CIPD Level 7 – Chartership (preferable)

  1. The Manager has one to three direct reports at the Generalist level. The Manager will also provide direction to team members when the Director of Human Resources is unavailable.
