Position Overview

As a **Quality Assurance Lead**, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality within a dynamic and growing pharmaceutical organization.

This position is designed for an individual who will oversee a dedicated team while remaining actively engaged in all facets of quality management. Your responsibilities will encompass systems oversight, operational execution, and validation processes. With numerous ongoing and upcoming initiatives, you will find ample opportunities to contribute to the introduction of innovative products, advanced equipment, and enhanced systems.

You will collaborate closely with a supportive Head of Quality, who will provide the right mix of guidance and independence, enabling you to integrate smoothly and begin making a significant impact on this essential facility.

A key component of this role is **leadership** – you will be responsible for guiding a small team through effective coaching, mentoring, and training.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a QA role within a GMP environment.
  • Familiarity with sterile or aseptic processes; experience in a terminally sterile setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities are preferred.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with various quality activities, particularly in relation to Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Auditing experience is crucial; prior experience as a lead auditor is a plus.
  • Active involvement in a range of quality projects.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in validation activities.
