Job Overview

RBW Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in a key facility in Surrey. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small team and overseeing all aspects of quality assurance.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading pharmaceutical company that is introducing new products, equipment, and systems. You will work closely with the Head of Quality to develop and implement quality assurance strategies that drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of quality assurance professionals
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a GMP environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements
  • Experience of auditing and assessing quality systems
