About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at RBW Consulting. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team and overseeing all aspects of quality assurance within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of quality professionals in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement quality systems and processes to ensure effective quality management.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of our business.
  • Develop and maintain quality policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a GMP environment.
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, including QMS, auditing, and validation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
