Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance professional to join our team at Pharmiweb. As a key member of our Quality team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a small team of Quality Assurance specialists, ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a small team of Quality Assurance specialists, providing hands-on coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
  • Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of our business.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably in a GMP environment.
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and GMP.
  • Experience with auditing and investigation techniques, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
