Job Summary:

RBW Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team and overseeing all aspects of quality assurance within our client's facility in Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small team of quality assurance professionals, providing hands-on coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Develop and implement quality projects to improve processes and reduce risks, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Quality to develop and implement quality strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to quality assurance professionals to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a quality assurance capacity, working in a GMP environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a team and managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex quality issues.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements, including GMP and ISO 9001.
  • Experience of auditing and assessment, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
