Role Overview

RBW Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team and overseeing all aspects of quality assurance within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of quality assurance professionals in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure effective quality control and assurance.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of our business.
  • Develop and maintain quality policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and participate in quality projects to improve processes and systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a GMP environment.
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of leading teams and implementing quality initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and GMP.
  • Experience with auditing and assessment, including lead auditor certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
