Compliance Trainer Opportunity

Location: Flexible with Hybrid Work Options

Position Type: Full-Time, 37 hours per week

Methodist Homes (MHA) is in search of a skilled Compliance Trainer to join our innovative team. This role involves a blend of working from our central office and remote locations, focusing on the delivery of our comprehensive MHA Compliance Induction and Annual Compliance Refresher training programs.

These training sessions, each spanning two days, are designed for all direct care staff and management, impacting approximately 3,500 colleagues across the organization.

This position presents a unique chance to be part of a newly established team within the broader People Development department, which will include a Compliance Training Manager, two Compliance Trainers, and two Clinical Trainers.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in delivering engaging compliance training within the health and social care sector. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and experience with webinar software to facilitate training for groups of up to 15 participants are essential.

We seek individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, have a solid understanding of health and social care regulations, and can work independently. A creative, enthusiastic, and confident demeanor is crucial for success in this role.
