Full-time Position - 37 hours per week
At Methodist Homes, we are looking for a skilled Compliance Educator to operate flexibly between our central office and remote locations. The primary responsibility will be to facilitate our newly developed Compliance Induction and Annual Compliance Refresher training sessions. Each of these programs spans 2 days and is designed for all direct care personnel and management, impacting approximately 3,500 staff members. Additionally, you will possess the necessary expertise to conduct Medication Management training as a 1-day online seminar for our senior caregivers, nursing staff, and management teams.
This role presents an exciting chance to join a newly established team within the broader People Development division. This team will include a Compliance Training Manager, two Compliance Educators, and two Clinical Educators.
We seek candidates with a proven track record in delivering engaging compliance training within the health and social care sector. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and proficiency in webinar platforms to instruct up to 15 participants simultaneously is essential.
Ideal candidates will have experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, along with a solid understanding of health and social care regulations and statutory training requirements. You should be capable of working independently and possess a creative, enthusiastic, and confident demeanor.
