Position Overview
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Tutor to join our high-performing team. This role is essential in guiding learners through their educational journeys, whether in apprenticeships or commercial training.
Key Responsibilities
- Instruct, mentor, and assess learners throughout their educational experience.
- Deliver training programs at various levels, including White Belt, Yellow Belt, Green Belt, and Black Belt.
- Utilize diverse teaching strategies to foster an inclusive learning environment.
- Maintain and manage individual learner records, ensuring timely progress tracking.
- Support learners in utilizing E-Learning Portfolios effectively.
- Ensure accurate and prompt maintenance of learner records.
- Collaborate with the internal quality assurance team to implement recommendations.
- Prepare instructional materials and resources, including statistical analysis using Minitab.
- Complete all necessary documentation within agreed timelines, including weekly and monthly reports.
- Meet established KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of training delivery.
- Adhere to all safeguarding and preventative policies and practices.
- Participate in regular standardization meetings to share best practices.
- Stay updated with current industry standards and practices.
- Manage a personal caseload of learners and develop tailored progression plans.
Qualifications
- Must hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification.
- Extensive experience in training and coaching with Minitab.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is essential.
- Strong administrative skills are required.
- Flexible availability is preferred.
- Proficient IT skills are necessary.
