**About Our Client**

Page Personnel Sales is a leading recruitment agency that specializes in placing professionals in various industries. Our client is a successful and growing training academy that is looking for a full-time Apprenticeship Delivery Manager to be based in their Derby site.

**Job Description**

As an Apprenticeship Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of apprenticeships within chosen standards, focusing on niche sectors like Lean Six Sigma and Audio Visual. You will provide leadership and support to a team of experienced trainers, ensuring high-quality delivery that meets both learner and employer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee the delivery of apprenticeships within chosen standards
* Provide leadership and support to a team of experienced trainers
* Implement strategies to continuously improve the quality of apprenticeship delivery
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements, ESFA funding rules, and other relevant regulatory bodies
* Oversee the management of the Functional Skills Centre

**Requirements:**

* Proven track record in managing apprenticeship programs
* Strong experience in Ofsted inspections and the ability to lead teams towards achieving Outstanding results
* Knowledge of ESFA funding rules, data management systems, and EPA processes
* Relevant teaching qualifications (DTLLS/Cert Ed) and Full UK Driving License required
