Role Overview

In this position, you will operate within both a hostel environment and, depending on the assignment, within the community.

Your role will involve assisting individuals at risk of homelessness, those experiencing mental health challenges, individuals dealing with substance misuse, or even former offenders.

You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of service users, yourself, and your colleagues.

Whether they require emotional support, assistance with housing benefits applications, or simply someone to converse with, you will be there to provide support.


Required Qualifications

As this is a temporary position, typically providing last-minute coverage, you will be expected to adapt quickly.

Prior experience working with vulnerable populations in a similar capacity is essential.
