Supply Staff Ltd is seeking dedicated Youth Care Facilitators to support children and adolescents aged 10 to 17 across various locations.

Your Responsibilities

As a Youth Care Facilitator, you will work collaboratively with your colleagues to:

  • Implement individualized care strategies.
  • Assist young people in acquiring essential life skills.
  • Facilitate access to educational and therapeutic resources.
  • Encourage positive behavioral development.
  • Support individuals in managing their emotions and behaviors.
  • Foster constructive relationships with children, their families, and other professionals in the care and educational sectors.
Available Opportunities

We have various roles available, including:

  • Supporting young individuals aged 8 to 16 with special needs in residential environments.
  • Assisting teenagers aged 16 to 18 in semi-independent living arrangements.
  • Providing temporary support for individuals transitioning from previous placements.
  • Offering respite care for families needing temporary relief.
  • Delivering outreach support for at-risk children and young people.
Candidate Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in the UK care sector, specifically with children and young people.
  • Prior experience in a support worker role.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
  • An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (mandatory).
  • Willingness to travel.
