Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver the review of FHG's Later Living properties in accordance with key milestones, timelines, and strategy.
- Analyse asset performance and customer insight data to identify opportunities and risks in meeting the needs of our older customers and communities.
- Lead and facilitate customer research about our existing later living offer and gain insight into what customers may want in the future.
- Review and appraise digital and technological solutions that may support our later living offer, including potential investment costs.
