Imaging Compliance Facilitator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Imaging Compliance team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within our Imaging department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support in the collection, collation, and organization of data to demonstrate compliance with targets and standards.
- Support the compliance team's Quality Management System (QMS) audit program.
- Manage aspects of compliance information systems, such as QPulse and DATIX / DCIQ inputting and processing information and generating reports.
- Provision and collation of information relating to radiology complaints, concerns, risks, and incident reports.
- Assist with collection and submission of evidence to support Trust and National requirements for external validation (QSI, CQC, and Benchmarking) requiring Radiology data.
- Under the guidance of the Imaging Compliance team Superintendents, assist in the maintenance of equipment management records required for legislative compliance (IRMER and IRR).
- Provision and collation of information relating to compliance-related trends in complaints, incident reports, etc.
