Executive Assistant to Chief Legal Officer

The primary responsibility of the Executive Assistant is to deliver proactive, professional, and confidential administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer. This role necessitates the establishment of a robust network and serves as a professional liaison across _VOIS and its partners. A flexible approach to managing schedules and various administrative tasks is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the scheduling of appointments and commitments, ensuring that meeting outcomes are documented and that any necessary materials are prepared and delivered promptly.
  • Utilize discretion to assess and accept meeting requests appropriately.
  • Manage correspondence and emails, responding on behalf of the Chief Legal Officer when suitable, or forwarding to relevant parties for input.
  • Assist in the creation of presentation materials for both internal and external events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Submit expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with other executive assistants, sharing best practices and proactively identifying opportunities for consistency in support or the introduction of new initiatives. Ensure adequate coverage during absences.

  • Demonstrated experience in effectively supporting senior executives.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Positive and resilient demeanor, with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and challenge when necessary.
  • Adaptable to changing work requirements.
  • Able to foster effective relationships and dismantle barriers.
  • Familiarity with Vodafone's technology objectives and policies.

  • Annual bonus: 5%
