Service Operations Administrator

We are looking for a dedicated Service Operations Administrator to become part of our dynamic team at Optos. This position is focused on delivering exceptional support to our clients across various regions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational abilities.

Primary Duties

  • Manage incoming correspondence and prioritize replies effectively.
  • Organize and schedule support initiatives for clients.
  • Document interactions with clients by creating case files.
  • Address inquiries from both internal teams and external clients.
  • Process customer orders and monitor shipment statuses.
  • Oversee back-orders and manage returns efficiently.
  • Handle both incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Generate reports and documents utilizing Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in a second language (German, Spanish, French) is advantageous.
  • Dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Competence in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
