**Job Title:** Senior Administrative Assistant

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our clients Admin department.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to the department or individual, including document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Manage scheduling, calendaring, and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle administrative tasks.
  • Sort and distribute mail, and manage office supplies.
  • Work on special projects involving data analysis, reporting, and research.
  • Prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
  • Ensure strong communication and organizational processes are in place.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, with strong administrative coordination abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.
  • Customer service experience is highly desirable.
  • Professional certification in administration is a plus.

**Working Conditions:**

  • Office environment with standard hours.
  • Occasional need to work outside of regular business hours to meet deadlines or support events.
