Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Business Partner/Employee Liaison to join our team at Manpower Internal Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for welcoming and maintaining relationships with new international employees in our global locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for international employees, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their onboarding process.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless transition for new hires, including coordinating welcome activities and inductions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, relocation providers, and payroll teams.
- Source and manage relationships with transport providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective travel arrangements for international employees.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve the overall employee experience and onboarding process.
- Work closely with the relocation provider to ensure a smooth transition for international employees, including accommodation and benefits setup.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a recruitment or HR-related role, with a focus on international employee onboarding and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of the recruitment industry, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office, with experience in using data analysis tools and software.
