Lead Recovery Coordinator - East Kent Regional Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the objectives set by Forward and local commissioners.
  • Collaborate with clients to explore suitable residential facilities tailored to their needs.
  • Ensure clients are adequately prepared prior to their inpatient treatment.
  • Act as the primary liaison for residential facilities, maintaining up-to-date information on each.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, which may include evening or weekend shifts with reasonable notice to ensure continuity of care.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Proven ability to engage individuals through proactive outreach.
  • Experience in substance misuse services.
  • Capability to conduct comprehensive assessments, develop risk management plans, and implement SMART care plans.
  • Multilingual skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
