As a key member of our Capital Projects team, you will be responsible for leading the planning function of our capital portfolio, ensuring timely management of milestones and efficient allocation of resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive planning framework to guide project prioritization and reduce slippage.
    • Manage the COO's capital strategy into detailed, actionable plans with clear logic and links.
  • Planning and Timeline Management:
    • Own project planning and timeline management standards.
    • Manage external and project planning resources.
    • Review and challenge project baselines, critical paths, and support risk reduction in delivery.
  • Project Integration and Coordination:
    • Ensure seamless execution of projects across departments and stakeholders.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration to maintain project alignment.
    • Coordinate resources and schedules to meet project milestones and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management and planning within a large-scale engineering environment.
  • Ability to present logical plans, baselines, critical paths across level 1-5 planning.
  • Capable across all planning tools.
