Job Summary:

RHCNZ Medical Imaging Group is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Christchurch. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the successful coordination and booking of imaging appointments, as well as providing a frontline reception service that interacts with patients, referrers, funders, and the public in a prompt and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and book imaging appointments, ensuring seamless communication with patients, referrers, and funders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process and manage large volumes of technical and variable information, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, referrers, and funders, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve processes and services.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Gmail.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, referrers, and funders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Some knowledge of medical terminology is desired, but not required.
