About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and confident Administrator to join our team as an Administration Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to support our Private Client team in their day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a fee earner in providing financial planning functions, including portfolio management, pension plan advice, and arranging appointments and meetings.
  • Liaise with financial services and collate information for internal records.
  • Obtain illustrations and quotations, handle application forms on behalf of clients, and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and printing.
Requirements
  • Efficient prioritizer and comfortable working to deadlines.
  • Keen to progress and develop skills.
  • Articulate and professional, with excellent communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to carry out work with discretion and tact.
