About the Role

The Department of Corrections NZ is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Accounts & Administration Coordinator. This position is responsible for coordinating health and safety processes, day-to-day facilities, and resource management within our residential facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate health and safety processes, including risk assessments and incident reporting.
  • Manage day-to-day facilities, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Oversee resource management, including inventory and supply chain management.
  • Administer resident trust accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Provide technical support to team members, including troubleshooting and training.
  • Maintain office supplies, including ordering and inventory management.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administration and office management.
