About the Role
The Department of Corrections NZ is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Accounts & Administration Coordinator. This position is responsible for coordinating health and safety processes, day-to-day facilities, and resource management within our residential facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate health and safety processes, including risk assessments and incident reporting.
- Manage day-to-day facilities, including maintenance and repairs.
- Oversee resource management, including inventory and supply chain management.
- Administer resident trust accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Provide technical support to team members, including troubleshooting and training.
- Maintain office supplies, including ordering and inventory management.
- Arrange travel and accommodation as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in administration and office management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database systems.
