Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Coordinate health and safety processes, day-to-day facilities, and resource management to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Financial Administration: Administer resident trust accounts, manage office supplies, and arrange travel and accommodation as needed.
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in administration, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge: Good knowledge of office administration, computer software, and database systems, including Microsoft Office suite.
