Position Overview

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join our dynamic team on a fixed-term basis within the Recovery College framework.

Our team is dedicated to delivering engaging workshops and educational programs aimed at promoting recovery in the community. This role will primarily focus on administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

The successful candidate will be required to have qualifications equivalent to NVQ Level 2/RSA 2, along with GCSEs in Mathematics and English or their equivalents. The Administrator will play a crucial role in facilitating the effective delivery of Recovery College initiatives across various locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Recovery Lead and the Recovery College Team in executing programs.
  • Responsibilities include note-taking, managing communications, organizing meeting logistics, document preparation, and maintaining confidential records.
  • Actively promote Recovery College offerings to various stakeholders, including students, community groups, and external partners.
  • Foster effective communication channels within the Recovery College framework, ensuring clarity in governance and reporting structures.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum qualifications of NVQ Level 2/RSA 2 or equivalent, along with GCSEs in Mathematics and English.
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in document management and effective communication.
  • Ability to organize and participate in meetings, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with organizational policies and procedures.

Experience Requirements

  • Prior experience in health and wellbeing services is essential.
  • Experience in educational settings is desirable.
