About the Role

As a College Services Assistant at Ashford College, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our College Support Services team. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the processing of student enrolments, applications, exams, and enquiries on our corporate data systems. You will also be involved in the operation of our Service Help Desk, which includes reviewing logged jobs, contacting the appropriate support service, and coordinating pool vehicle bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the processing of student enrolments, applications, and exams
  • Provide administrative support to the College Support Services team
  • Operate the Service Help Desk, including reviewing logged jobs and contacting support services
  • Coordinate pool vehicle bookings
  • Assist with the daily running of reception, administration, timetabling, student enrolment, student records, and exams

About You

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team. As a College Services Assistant, you will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our College Support Services team, including assisting with the processing of student enrolments, applications, and exams.
