Senior Recovery Practitioner/Nurse - Band 6
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recovery Practitioner/Nurse to join our dynamic team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Theatre team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our theatres.
Main Responsibilities
As a Senior Recovery Practitioner/Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Providing leadership and guidance to the Theatre team, ensuring that patient care is delivered to the highest standards.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve patient care and theatre efficiency.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Participating in on-call rota and providing out-of-hours support as required.
- Leading by example and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
